At the first edition of the Sky Arte Art Festival in Napoli in 2017, we conducted a projection mapping on the ancient buildings in the Rione Sanità district, focusing on the theme of urban regeneration. We defined the theme as a cultural revival through gaming. From Napoli's playing cards to 80s electronic games, we combined ancient portraits with modern language to create a perfect fusion. Utilizing the facade of the Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral, we conveyed the message that creativity and culture are cherished symbols of the neighborhood. This event became one of the most acclaimed activities during the film festival.
Our challenge was to tell the story of the city's culture and traditional iconic elements, which were at the heart of the Sky Arte event, in a modern and captivating language. The perfect synergy between technology and creativity, as well as the intensity of the message we were able to convey, were key to our success. We take pride in designing and constructing in such an extraordinary city as Naples and achieving remarkable results.
